You probably have a few questions about working with us. Scroll down for answers to some questions we’re frequently asked.

Q: How much do you charge?

A: We present a proposal package for each project based on its scope and complexity. Revisions and Care Plans (maintenance) are usually included in a project package.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: We require 50% of the project fee upon contract agreement to start work on the project, and the 50% balance upon project completion. Monthly retainer fees are due in advance.

Q: How long will a project take to complete?

A: Since each project is unique, a timeline and schedule of deliverables will be agreed on during the contract discussion. Rush projects may be accommodated but we usually charge higher for rush jobs.

Q: We’re located on different sides of the world. Can we make this work?

A: This is actually an advantage because we work while you sleep. 😄 If there’s a need for us to collaborate, we will adjust to your timezone and time-sensitive jobs are also based on your timezone.

Q: How do we start working?

A: Easy! Just request a project consultation for us to contact you, then we’ll go from there. Please give us up to 2 business days to respond since we could be on different timezones. Once we both agree that we’re the right fit, you sign off on the project proposal and we get started.
